Individual & Family Therapy

Self-Pay & Out of Network Fees:

  • Initial intake / diagnostic evaluation: $200

  • 55-minute psychotherapy session: $180

  • 45-minute psychotherapy session: $120

(The 45-minute session option is available when a shorter session is clinically appropriate and may provide a lower-cost option for clients who are paying out of pocket.)

If you plan to use insurance, your actual out-of-pocket cost may differ from the fees listed above and will depend on your individual benefits, deductible, copay, coinsurance, and applicable contracted rate.

Clients are encouraged to verify their behavioral health benefits directly with their insurance plan before beginning services.

Immigration Evaluations

The following flat fees include the clinical interview, assessment measures as appropriate, record review, and a comprehensive written report prepared for legal use.

$950 — U Visa, T Visa, VAWA, and Asylum evaluations

$1,100 — Hardship Waiver evaluations

A non-refundable deposit equal to 50% of the total fee is required to schedule your evaluation. The remaining balance is due prior to release of the completed report.

Functional Evaluations

The following flat fees include the clinical interview, assessment measures as appropriate, review of relevant history, and a comprehensive written report prepared for legal, medical, or employment use:

  • $750 — Functional Evaluation (Workplace / Disability)

  • $950 — Fit‑For‑Duty Evaluation

A non‑refundable deposit of 50% of the total fee is required to schedule your evaluation. The remaining balance is due prior to release of the completed report.
