    I accept primary insurance from: Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, UnitedHealthcare. Optum, UMR, & Aetna.

    Please note: I do not accept secondary insurance.

    Out-of-Network

    Intake Session: $150

    Individual or Family Session: $120

    If your insurance is out-of-network, I can provide a superbill, which is a detailed invoice you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.

    To make scheduling easier, a credit card is kept on file for all clients to secure appointments and process payments

  • Immigration Evaluations

    The following flat fees include the clinical interview, assessment measures as appropriate, record review, and a comprehensive written report prepared for legal use.

    $950 — U Visa, T Visa, VAWA, and Asylum evaluations

    $1,100 — Hardship Waiver evaluations

    A non-refundable deposit equal to 50% of the total fee is required to schedule your evaluation. The remaining balance is due prior to release of the completed report.

  • Cancellation Policy

    Individual & Family Therapy

    If you do not show up for or cancel your scheduled therapy appointment within 24 hours, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.

    Additional appointments will not be scheduled if there is an outstanding balance on your account.

    Immigration Evaluations

    Immigration mental health evaluations require dedicated preparation and reserved time. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

    Appointments canceled or missed with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in loss of the deposit.

    The deposit may be applied to one future appointment if adequate notice is provided.

    Additional fees become non-refundable once the evaluation process has begun.
