In network: Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, United Healthcare, Optum, UMR, and Aetna.

I only accept primary insurance. I do not accept secondary insurance.

Out of network: Session: Intake $150. Individual/family sessions $120.

Credit card will be kept on file for each client.

For out of network insurance - I am able to provide a superbill which is an invoice outlining the service received. The superbill is then submitted directly to the insurer, giving the insurer all the information they need to pay the claim.

If you do not show or cancel your scheduled therapy appointment within 24 hours then you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.

Additional appointments will also not be scheduled if there is an outstanding balance on the account.
